I strive to create a vibrant, fun, and fresh environment for my clients. I firmly believe your home is one of the greatest reflections of your style and personality. This includes every detail from the architecture down to the materials and location
Buying or selling a home, can be stressful if you do not know what you are doing. My job is to guide you through the process and make it as painless as possible. This is accomplished by being upfront and honest, setting proper expectations, and maintaining continual communication.
While laid back might be my motto, I take my work very seriously and I treat every client with the utmost professionalism. Whether it is getting top dollar for your home, meeting a timeframe or negotiating the cheapest price possible. I have sold over $54 million in residential real estate. If it is your first house or your last house, I know I can find what you are looking for. If we can’t find the house of your dreams, then let me assist you in finding land, an architect and a licensed contractor to build it!

I am originally from Northern Virginia. I lived outside Baltimore for a while before moving to Charlotte NC in 1993. Most of my family relocated to the Triangle area, so in 2000 I decided to join them and here I am today.
Before entering the Real Estate business, I spent some time working for a plumbing supplier. While there, I gained invaluable knowledge about designing kitchens and bathrooms. After location, kitchens and bathrooms are 2 key factors in determining home value and resale marketability.
In 2003, I received my Real Estate license. From there I took a job working as a builder representative for 2 different national builders. Each company was unique and catered to a different market. This exposed me to the construction process, building materials, and building code. I learned a lot by routinely walking my houses under construction and treating them as if they were my own. This not only improved the quality of the homes, but it created a positive experience for the buyers as well. Attention to detail is what yielded me the high customer service scores I continually received.
You will never catch me standing in a fancy suit, doing a “power pose” for the camera. Instead, I’ll meet you in jeans and t-shirt, ready to find a home that matches your personality, style, and budget.
Contact me and we can talk further about your real estate needs!
